I didn't get a notification the battery was low and didn't realize it until I logged into the app to use it. When the battery is low it's useless as it barely makes any sound.

I've had very little luck getting these devices to start connected, 99% of the time Tile says out of range even though it's in my house. At this point all the device is doing is adding weight to my wallet and keys because it's not useful the majority of the time.

The Tile is forever trying to connect regardless of how close it is. Does me no good if it doesn't connect. I shouldn't have to reboot my phone or turn my Bluetooth off and on everytime Im trying to find it. Very disappointed.

Every week or so the app somehow manages to lose its connection to the tiles and everything just stops working and you have to readd all of them. What's even the point of this thing then if you can't rely on it to work?

Unfortunately after unboxing and setting up both tiles immediately after they arrived, neither of the two tiles actually ring when triggered from the app. (although connected) neither can be triggered to ring when I signal them from the app and the app itself stops trying to reach them after a few seconds even though it indicates a strong connection. Only 1 tile was able to ring after one use, but soon after it was unable to reached! Both can trigger my phone to ring however, but that isn’ as helpful to me.

After a few weeks it wouldn’t respond even when (it turned out) it was in the same room with me. When it did occasionally respond, it was with very short, tinny beeps. An expensive disappointment.

I bought a four pack of Tile Pro. They arrived today. One appeared to be completely dead and I could not activate. One indicated “has already been registered” so I could not use. The other two appeared to register without a problem. I’m returning these as a 50% success rate is far too low for the price charged.

If you are looking for a real time GPS tracking solution the Tile product does not work in the mobile app or with the premium $30 Google mapping service. Do not get fooled. I purchased $300 worth of Tiles and they only work as an expensive device finder within Bluetooth range that plays sound. All other features do not work in real time.

Most useless product ever. We've needed to use our Tiles to find keys a couple times and they always say "out of range" and "battery low". These are all going in the trash! How can item be out of range when I end up finding keys w the Pro Tile in the next room! Worthless! Total waste of money.
