Come on, Tile engineers.. Don’t you use your own product? The button sets off the alarm too easily. When I put my keys in my pocket, the phone alarm goes off, often. Sometimes just when I walk.. Often when I bend. The alarm is fairly loud, okay, it should be. But it is really annoying when it keeps going off by accident, especially in crowded places. Hey engineers, make a switch that needs to be slide or in some way locks.

I thought this would be the answer to finding my keys or phone. It was a waist of money. When I try to get the tiles on my keys to find my phone, they work 10% of the time. This is when they are in the same room. I do not have a big house it is two bedrooms. There is no hall way the house is circular.

When I couldn't find my keys I went to the app push the button to find keys. The keys were one room over with the door open less than 20 feet. The app said moderate and I couldn't hear the alarm until I was six feet from the keys. Needs to be loader. That was the white tile. I haven't activated the black one yet.

I have bought a 2 pack tile . One slim ( for wallet) and one pro (for keychain ) . The tiles look very nice however finding them is like a hit or miss . Sometimes they cannot find even when i am standing in the same room , and tile mark it lost. And that's so annoying . Completely defeats the purpose why I bought tile . And not to mention their constant trying to cross sell premium subscription. Bottom Line : dont waste money on tile , its useless .

I have 10 of these, they can't stay connected to phone even when placed right next to it. Tile premuim contently sends annying false alarms. App stoped working completely on my S20 after tech support recommended update to slove disconnect issues, worthless don't waste your money

Works when it wants to, but not every time. Might take five minutes for it to chime after clicking the find button. Then, every time I drive somewhere, I get a notification that I left my keys where I just left from....despite having the keys in the ignition while driving.

Having a key finder is amazingly helpful, but I’m so annoyed that the batteries don’t last. Be careful who you buy tiles from-some tiles are apparently old when you get them. There is no way to recharge it. My last ones lasted 2+ years, this one less then a year.

Like product, dislike that TILE sees fit to charge for what the original model did for free. Don't buy these thinking you can track it. It will locate tile but but in real time, and you cannot geo- fence OR lock these to an area so you can tell if your bike is being moved. IF YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE YOU CAN GET THOSE OPTIONS. RIPPOFF.

I just received these today and I specifically purchased the pro because it would be louder and will be heard father. Neither tile can be heard even if it’s under one small blanket and certainly not from two or 300 feet away. Amazon could only issue a refund when all I wanted was a product that just worked correctly. I have the volume up on high on both devices but the ringer is still not as loud as even half of my phone volume. I am extremely disappointed I will never purchase again

The tracker for the wallet is completely pointless. I sometimes cannot connect to the wallet tracker if I'm in the same room. I followed all of the troubleshooting tips to no avail. The keychain tracker works but my advice is that you should save some money and just buy the keychain tracker.
