Death Tile

You’ll have better luck finding your family dead in a ditch by police that you will with this worthless device. You’re better off arming yourself than depending on the government to save your soul, from a lack of responsibility on your part.

Worked great — for six months.

Worked great—for six months. One stopped working and then sure enough the other one stopped working. Spent a small fortune on batteries trying to see if that was the issue. Tile has been great in the past, but this particular product / SKU does not hold up.

Couldn't make it work

While the setup is simple and the app's interface is okay, I just couldn't make it work. Tried to test it in different scenarios, and it just never knows where the tiles are. Finds them a few hours later, even when they are under perfect wifi coverage, in close proximity from the phone. Even though I connected all our family phones to them and all the phones had the app, that didn't help finding the tiles. Returned them.

Overpriced keychain now

I have used these for a couple years now, and recently, after checking the app on my phone realized I was logged out. So I went to log back in with my FB, which is no longer supports. That being said, the tile is attached to an EM that I haven't actually logged into for years (because I made my FB over a decade ago), and since I can't figure out how to get it activated on my new account (with an EM I actually use), I basically have an expensive beeping keychain that doesn't do anything to help me find things.

Doesnt connect tile to device

Got this for the cat. I understand its an unorthodox thing to use it for. Needless to say I paired it. Worked good for a day. Then withbthe cat in front of me I wanted to test it. It couldn't locate the tile, wouldnt connect to it to chime and said out of range... i reset my bluetooth on phone and no difference. Later in the day it worked. But hasn't since and its been 2 days.

Quality down

Launch tile. Push button on the tile that’s in my wallet. Says it can’t be found when it’s right next to it. Yea location is turned to always. I must’ve been sold some old ones with bad batter life because I’ve owned others and they worked well. The buttons aren’t recessed so inadvertent activation happens a lot on old ones. The new one don’t work at alllioe they should

Eats Batteries and Customer Service is zero help

The idea of these are good. They state battery life is a year - but it;s not even close. I have 4 tile pro's and none of them have had a battery last more than 2-3 months. On this specific purchase (Dec 2019) the Tiles basically needed an immediate battery replacement, so I purchased 2 batteries because it takes forever to get replacement batteries under warranty from Tile (I think they drop ship from China it took so long to get a replacement battery on my first set I purchased April 2019). I am going to investigate competitors version of the same thing. It certainly cant get any worse these and these are the "pro" - what a joke this product is.

1 week later, 1 tile did not work (sound)

I purchased this product (Tile Pro). Because I live out of the country, I had to have it delivered to me through a shipping forwarder so it got to me two weeks after I purchased it, around October 1, 2020. I set the 4 tiles up and after 3 days, 1 of the 4 tiles would not sound when activated even though the application recognized the tile was nearby. I went around looking for a replacement battery; when I finally found the required battery and installed it, the same problem -- no sound. When contacted, Amazon customer service ran me through the same things I had tried -- take out the battery, wait, put it back in, close the application, re-open it and try to re-set up the tile. Nothing worked; the problem was with the internal speaker. Then after that, Amazon said I would have to work directly with Tile to replace it because the replacement date had expired one day before on October 14, 2020.... Something similar (the sound not working) happened when I purchased the earlier model. I changed the battery, but it also still did not work. For the price and unrealiability, this product is not worth it. Amazon also has to do a better job on the return policy for this product since it is unrealiable...

FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS!!

It worked ONLY on the first time, and barely too. My phone will be literally next to the devices with location/bluetooth on, and the app says "Your Tile is nearby! Hold on a few seconds while we connect..." Even after several minutes, and then leaving it sitting there for over an hour. Still not connected. I've restarted the app and even turned off my phone several times, but nothing. I will get emails constantly saying my phone has connected to the devices, but it won't detect anything. Unfortunately, I can't return this stupid item because I threw away the stupid box by accident.

Doesn't work

Complete garbage, worked so inconsistently we never used them and should have returned them. Tried them on 1 of our dogs, keys, wallet, never worked on anything.
