I love the idea, and for finding lost keys, they work great. My problem is with the find your phone feature. If I have my keys in my pocket, it it constantly causing my phone to emit the finding tone. I have deleted my phone from the list of traceable items, but it still keeps ringing the phone. The online tech support is totally useless.

These things suck. 75% of the time it won't trigger your phone, several times I've had to be right by my keys, it triggers in my pockets constantly. This is high annoying especially if you have your hands full and can't clear it. These are a hard pass for me

Not impressed at all with this, one tile has been a pain in the butt. It told me is was “ lost” and it’s sitting less than 2 feet away. Every time you try to use the app on the phone, it tried to up,see you for about 30 bucks more. True it does add features to your tile. Why not be honest and charge up front if it’s important? Looking for new tiles.

These people advertise that you get a warning if you walk away from something that is tagged. It is not very useful. I do get a warning but after I have driven to a distance of 2 to 3 miles away from the tagged object such as my key. It will be a lot more useful if the warning distance can be chosen by user such as 200 or 500 feet.

The keys are RIGHT THERE I can see them with my own eyes..but no.."This Tile is not in range". Doesn't make me any confident that this will work when I need it.

I added the two tiles to my phone and then to my wife's prone. You have to add the second phone and it sends an email to the second device. I've been waiting almost a full day for the email. There are no error messages and it's not clear how the two phones interact although according to the instructions they should work.

Honestly the alert tones are so obnoxious I don’t even enjoy this product. You can change the tones, but they’re all awful. A simple beeping would seem like an obvious option to allow users by default, but all of the tones sound like an old 1999 Nokia ring tone. I understand these are for finding keys, But there could still be a more subtle tone. They’re all so jarring.

Overpriced for the materials and short battery life. Works well to locate phone or keys. For this price you should be able to change the battery. They don't last long. Also wished the button was more recessed as it will get pressed in your pocked with keys, etc. Highly recommend the silicon covers to make more of a distance to the button and added protection. Battery life is the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars.

this product has a lot of features going for it.......except that it did not reliably work for me. And yes..my Android operating system is fully up to date. yes I paired it properly; yes I rebooted my phone; yes I turned Bluetooth off then back on. .... but I shouldn't have to do all of this each and every time I need to find my keys. And if I'm trying to 'find my phone' then I can't perform the above tasks. The whole point of paying premium dollar for this product was to relieve my stress - not add to it.

Love love love the concept - the locator / beep/ works well if the tile is in the house, but if outside the tile locator/GPS is almost worthless. Not sure how it is supposed to update but my wallet tile consistently shows the location in a place I have never been before!! so, if you can’t find your stuff at home, this is definitely the system for you. My son had this and dropped his keys in the snow. He went to the location where the app showed and he and friends walked every inch of the area and no keys. Cost him $400 to replace the fob. Tile locator always on and tiles were brand new and synced to the app......... the tech support ‘chat’ is good but there is no way you can actually talk to someone so make sure you have a lot of time to spend if you need help. The agent was very helpful but the chat is a slow method of communication and personally i prefer a person.
