Scratches within seconds… comfortable and stylish but it will scratch and leave a mark/scuff

I thought I was going to love these and I was wrong! they run a little large which I think is part of the problem but overall they just don't look great. I think its also because I have skinny ankles and I could probably fit a whole other ankle in there lol. if you have thicker legs/ankles it night be for you just order half a size to a size down

I am pretty easy on the shoes. I only wear them when I wear a particular outfit and have worn them probably six or seven times, and the seams are ripping apart on the boot:((( past return window. :((

The boot runs a little big but I was using crew pantyhose socks so they're thin. The brown is more of an orange brown and I was looking for a dark brown or at least a flat brown.

Got these shoes delivered today. Was so excited for them to come and I opened up the box and it looks like they were already worn. The bottom of the shoes were dirty and had weird discolored scuff marks on the heel. Not happy at all.

I really didn’t like the way that these fit and wanted to return them but apparently the return window was too late. I didn’t even wear them. I tried them on and then decided I didn’t want them but was too late to return. They’re hard to walk in and way too pointy in my opinion. Really upset that I can’t return these even though I didn’t wear them

I ordered a size 8 was sent a 8 1/2 I returned them .. plus they don’t look the same in person

The soles look like they have some non-slip tread pattern, but it's so small and the plastic is so hard that it does absolutely nothing. Wore these once and had almost wiped out and cracked my skull twice in the first 10 minutes on hard floors. Luckily I caught myself once and someone else did the second time. Had to take teeny tiny baby steps the rest of the day. Even worse, there's just enough of a pattern on the bottom that even heavy duty 3M non slip patches will not stick! Basically useless for practical wear. They were comfy, but also looked pretty cheap in black. Weird white fake-welt stitching that wasn't obvious in photos, too.
