The area where you connect to charge the iPhone broke last week. And I haven’t even used it that long.

Does anyone else have an issue of this providing little to no charge even after plugging in for hours to charge? It maybe gives me 5% battery charge until it dies.

I bought this for a trip and was hugely disappointed that it would not stay in my phone when I needed the extra back-up charge because the iPhone plug was not long enough to stay in place with my phone in its cover. The cover was essential for protection and for a shoulder strap so this was useless to me! Money wasted and I was caught at Disneyland with no phone charge!

This product can’t charge either of mine or my wife’s iPhone even after coming directly off being charged. Very disappointed in this product I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I like the charger, but it says it has an off and off button. i know where it is, on the side, but mine wont turn off. when i push that button, i would think there would be a light or something to show if its on or off? theres nothing. i literally cant tell if its on or off. it wont hold charge long, so im assuming it stays on all the time.? any advice?

I would like to speak to someone regarding this purchase . This is the 2nd one I bought and the bottom just snapped off while I was on vacation. I like the product I just want a replacement. I would be happy to return the broken one. Please let me know what to do. Thank you

I bought one of these for each of us for our trip to Disney World. They are a nice size & not too heavy. The best part is that the just plug right into our iPhones to charge them. No more worrying about a cord tethered to a charger. The only downside is that you only get about 1 1/2 charges out of it. So if you’re a heavy user or won’t be able to recharge your phone & charger at night, these may not be for you. UPDATE: 1 of the 2 chargers will no longer hold a charge less than one year later.

Loved the shape and size. Compact easy to carry. Had a great charge on it. Sadly the charging piece broke off in my phone. Not happy just got it in December and probably have only used it about 10 times. Prior to this would have highly recommended it but now no.
