Not for small ears

If my ear canal was larger I would have kept these. While it had four options for the inner ear portion, the base was too large and anytime I tried to smile or laugh while wearing them it hurt. Sound quality was great - but wireless and only a base are not for me.

They’re good when they work

-update- They sent me a new pair, I’m not sure how well they’ll work but the fact that they did tells me they care a lot about their customers. Anker has a lifetime customer from this point on.-old review- They quit working after 3 months, the rifht earbud would randomly die and just recently the left earbud stopped charging.Would not recommend, Ive been buying from anker for a while.

Didn't Last Very Long

Very disappointed with these buds. Despite them coming with varying sizes of rubber ends, they never fit in my ear and constantly slip out. The sound quality out of the right bud sounds great; crisp, bassy, and loud but the left bud became muffled after one or two months. I barely used them! They'll end up collecting dust and I'm in the market for better ear buds :(I liked the touch controls and app : /

don’t buy if you care about mono mode

it’s a lie there are no mono mode you can only use it with the right ear you cannot use it just the left ear. It don’t fit so well too. Go for the airpods if you are using an iphone you might think they are expensive but it’s more reliable. I reli regret buying ankers and i bought 2 one for my wife. I will definitely buy the airpods next black friday if i’m still using iphones。 Most reviews you see on youtube anker sent them free untils to review so don’t trust those reviews do some more research before buying

Sound quality is disappointing

The build quality on these is great. Not quite the same fit and finish as Apple's pods, but close. The pods fit comfortably in my ears and don't feel loose. However, the sound quality on these leaves much to be desired. Music and podcasts sound thin and flat. The sound almost feels like its coming out of a tin can. Active noise canceling is also nonexistent, which is a real disappointment. All in all, I'd say the Liberty Air 2 is decent, but disappointing.

Dying after six months

I bought these to use on phone calls and they are great for that. They also became my main headphones since I use my phone for many things like podcasts and music and movies. But after less than six months they no longer consistently connect.I have to keep pairing them with my phone. They stay connected after I've put them in the case and closed it when they do connect.I loved these when they worked but not anymore.

Look elsewhere

I chose these after using the Anker portable charger for backpacking and work. It seemed to be a worthwhile brand based on that experience. I have an iPhone and have been trying to justify this purchase to myself since. I really wanted these to be an option I would recommend to family and friends that wanted a more cost effective alternative to the AirPods. The first month they transitioned smoothly between devices and all was well. Shortly thereafter, they started to have issues disconnecting and reconnecting between devices. Then the case stopped auto shutting them off when I would put them in the charger. Then the charger stopped recognizing I connected them and it would be revealed that one was high battery level and the other low when I went to use them next. Then the era of constantly resetting started and I was no longer able to disconnect and reconnect between devices without a hard reset. In short, these are frustrating. They have functioned more to work on my patience then as a device for listening to podcasts, music or making phone calls. I really wanted give these a more glowing review but I’m ready to move on finally from these. I’m also putting this out there to warn others of the mistake I made with this purchase. If they were cheaper I probably wouldn’t waste this much time on a review. The battery pack still is a total game changer for me but this isn’t on that level.

Not good

Working from home I've been alternating between Soundcore Liberty Neos for music (which sound good but people can't hear me well on calls), and a wired headset with mic for conference calls (which hurt my ears but sound decent on my end and everyone says the mic is fantastic from the other end).I thought this would let me use one set of buds for both. These sound terrible for music. Clock radio quality. No bass. No depth. I tried using the soundcore app to customize and tried all of the presets. They don't come close to the much cheaper Liberty Neos. And that might all be forgiveable if they had good microphones, but no one could hear me on the other end. "Can you get closer to your mic? You sound far away" 2 days. Half a dozen calls. They're going back.

Not worth the effort, try something else for windows laptops

I bought these for my wife for conference calls on a Windows laptop. They are an infuriating headache. I have (easily) spent hours trying to help my wife use these. They are constantly dropping one side or both sides all together. I contacted Anker support and didn't have any luck. Firmware is up to date and all troubleshooting has been followed. If they work for your application great, but when they don't work for the primary application you purchased them for, and dropping calls during important meetings...they are a waste.

Ear buds

Didn’t stay in my ears very well no matter what size ear bud. Noise cancellation isn’t really that great. Bought air pod pros after I returned these. Night and day difference, recommend the Apple air pod pros even though they are spendy.
