Amazing headphones, really good quality, connect quickly, and phone calls are easy. Mine had some issues, but when I contacted customer service they were quick to send me a replacement and the quality on the second pair is amazing. I never write reviews but their customer service was very impressive and makes me trust the brand

This is my second pair - first round was for me, second was for my son! Great battery life and charging case...connects to my laptop well and certainly beats the wired headphones I was using for my work Zoom calls. Everyone has commented how much better than they can hear me now.

Called in support and spoke with Rochelle and she helped with the issue:Everything with the headset worked as advertised, use it regularly on Zoom calls and music listening.

This is a solid product that provides amazing sound with ease of use. Most of all, I REALLY appreciated how Anker helped me deal with an issue related to the product. Aside for a quick response they resolved the issue in a most satisfactory way.

Not only are they comfortable I love that you can adjust each side for better sound quality. Great battery life also

So far so good I've had them for about a month now sound quality talking is outstanding music is pretty good too but not the big price tag

I love these headphones. They fit, they sound good unless you're playing them at a volume loud enough to kill your ears, and they last forever. But they fall out unless you take the time to find a tip that fits your ears. I'm currently using the smallest size and it fits perfect.I get about 5 hours of playtime before the right ear starts to die , because Bluetooth requires the right ear to broadcast the left ears data, and then I can keep going by swapping to the left ear for another few hours.The mic quality is pretty good too.

Unfortunately I had to send them back just because they would not stay in my ears. But it's just my ears. Nothing wrong with them,I loved everything about them but the fit. The value for the money is great. Hopefully I will find eventually a good pair that will fit

Despite owning a few pair of over-ear headphones, these are still the best pair I own. The sound is incredible, and the bass is much more powerful than any other earbud-style headphones I've used. The battery life is as good as advertised. The Soundcore app is a nice addition that lets you change the sound balance.Noise reduction/cancellation isn't an active feature in these headphones, but if you used the right sized earpieces it's almost impossible to hear anything outside.

I rarely write reviews and I do buy a lot of things. But I have tried at least 10 pairs of wireless headphones in the past couple years.THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST YOU CAN GET.
