missing one red box very angry and unsatisfied

The back mount arrived broken. Couldn't not contact manufacturer for replacement.....

This product sucks!! Do not buy! The bins don’t fit on the racks properly. I had to screw the bins to the rack. The screw holes on the rack to hold the rack on the wall are in the wrong place!! DO NOT BUY!

I only received one piece of the backing needed to set up and only half the bins!!! Way smaller than the pictures suggest as well.
