This would be 5 stars except that there is no screw to fasten it to the outlet! You have to use 2 hands to remove a plug or the whole unit separates from the outlet. What were they thinking when they designed it that way? Every other outlet adapter that I have seen or used has a fastening screw. Too late to return it so it’s going in the trash. Useless!

The outlet is top heavy and is extremely hard to keep plugged in. There is no way to secure it too the wall soccet.

This unit does not have an anchor screw, so it is not very secure. Removing any plug may dislodge the uit from the wall.

It's actually really loose around the outlet, it doesn't seem to go around and grab the outlet cover like many of these types of adapters do

ONE SET OF OUTLET PRONGS AND CHEAP PLASTIC DOWEL PIN TO POSITION OTHER OUTLET INSTEAD OF TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PRONGS. CAME WITH PIN SEVERELY BENT DO TO PACKAGING AND AS SOON AS I WENT TO INSTALL IT BROKE OFF. NOT AS SECURE AS SHOULD BE BUT AT LEAST I KNOW TO WATCH. BUT OFFSET SURE IS NICE.

Would be nice if bottom also contained a plug in (even if faux) for extra security and stability. Instead, it has this ridiculously thin and cheap plastic insert that goes into the ground plug of the bottom plug. I've already broken two of them. Granted the plugs still work, but now they move around a bit more and are easier to inadvertently pull from the wall.
