After a year of use, the micro usb port is loose and no longer works.

Big mistake. The microphone does not work. There is a defect in the cable attachment, so the cable won't stay connected. I made a mistake by not testing this item as soon as I received it. That said, I will never buy another used item on Amazon.

Good michrophone, I have Amazon prime and they said it was coming in 3 days and the day of it gets delayed 3 more days.

The media could not be loaded.  Unable to screw it. It’s useless to me if I can’t set it up correctly

The sound quality is awful. My phone microphone sounds better.
