This should have been BEAUTIFUL, but it had multiple, very visible flaws that also made it uncomfortable. I normally wear a size 6 so I tried on the small. The bust darts on the bodice did not line up symmetrically with the shoulder straps. The pleats at the waist were extremely messy looking and also did not line up with the bodice. I could feel all this as I wore it because it felt "snagged" and uncomfortable. The whole skirt part of the dress was askew; one pocket was to the side of my left thigh while the other laid in front of my right thigh. I wear a 36B and while the bodice fit and looked nice, it had very little stretch and was hard to get on and off. If I were wearing this in the heat of summer, it would be extremely uncomfortable because it was that snug. The smocked area at the back does not actually stretch much at all. Well I figured maybe I got a bad dress, so I tried on another one. It had the exact same problems, but it was even tighter although it was the same size. This does not reflect well on the Kate Spade brand.

H this dress only looks good online. Tried on, it was the right size, but the fabric is very poor quality. It is see-through except on the bust area. Will be returning to store.

The dress is extremely cute and comfy but the strap seam was loose and ripped the first time I wore regardless that it fit me fine. Now I have a $40 dress that I have to sew.

Just open the package and not even try it on yet! Then i saw a ripped around the left pocket. Disappointing

Dress material feels cheap and had snags and loose strings on the chest.

I was in the middle of ironing unworn new dress and I discovered that it already had a hole it seems like the sewing machine it missed it. I’m gonna keep it and fix it myself, but it’s disappointing for the price. I’m 55 and it hit a little bit above my ankles. I wear 42dd work and it worked fine.

I ordered this in a 2X and it was giangantic. After looking at the size chart, I returned and ordered an XXL. I could barely get that one over my head. I even wonder if it was mis-sized. Target sizing can sometimes be all over the place, but this one is by far the worst I have seen.

Multiple dresses have defects. MOST of these dresses I saw in the store had defects. I purchased more than one online, and they all had defects as well. Additionally, I'm not sure why the designers wanted most of the dresses and skirts to be so long. I prefer maxi dresses or short dresses, yet this line was FULL of midi dresses. Midi dresses make me look frumpy. The sizes run large. I am 5'7 and 115 pounds and could have worn an XXS.

Runs super small and fabric was not the quality I expected.

The dry he belt was ripped off the dress and they couldn’t replace due to there was no more and had to refund my money I was so so disappointed in target sending broken merchandise
