Hoping this helps
This is a nice little heater. I live in So Cal, and it never really gets too cold here. I got it for my patio, to put on a table for outdoor events. It was easy to set up, even I could do it. The package arrived un-mangled, and all parts were present. Ii read the directions, and though they were a little confusing because the pics were black and white, i figured it out in about 30 min total time from opening the box to starting the heater. I did have a little trouble starting the heater. When starting the heater, the knob is supposed to be turned to the pilot option, AND pushed in while the ignition button starts the fire. This gave me about 10 min of trouble as I've never turned one of these things on before. Now I am a pro and will be using this heater during the holidays. It does not take up too much space, and can be in the middle of a conversation without disrupting the conversation.

This thing puts out about 10k btu's. When it is 30's-40's don't expect to feel heat 3' away, at best you will experience the lack of cold at that distance. When it is 50's or low 60's this will feel warm 3' away.

This is a well made heater. It is easy to light and it heats as advertises. Beware however that 10,000 BTU's is not a lot of heat. It is perfect for a small table top but if you want to heat a large space go with a big stand up model.

Was purchased to supplement our 40000 btu heater. When placed on a table, it sufficiently warmed the area and extended our seating area. I would not recommend it as the only heat source on a cool evening.

as describe. A little hard to start the pilot light but it works

This heater came mostly assembled just had to screw a few pieces together and buy a propane bottle. It fired right up and put out a decent amount of heat. Its great for a small area.

Simple assembly - quick to light, puts out decent heat but not enough for those really chilly nights/days. Overall good quality for the price.

The heat reflector came dented, packaging could be better. I managed to remove most of the dents, other than that it works fine.

Good out side table-top heater. It's not easy on fuel working a high setting, but it's stable and ok to look at.

The heater was easy to put together but the door for the propane cylinder has sharp edges and is difficult to open and close.
