This charged very quickly so must come partially charged. I had to use it already for the flashlight and it worked great. Haven’t used it to charge my phone yet, but I bought it for emergencies.

I bought this for my earthquake preparedness kit and have decided to order another one for whenever travel opens up again. Tanga has several different offerings of these things. My suggestion is to compare the strengths. I got the strongest one. Price is great. Material looks like it can handle a few bumps. Haven't tried it out as it just arrived. I bought the bright purple so it will be easy to locate when I set it down and forget where!

Good solar charger for travel and emergency. I would buy this again. The LED torch light doesn't work after reading the instructions. It says double-click on the button [(i)] to switch the torch on and off, but did nothing.

Nice unit, charged up easily, compact size and for backpacking/hiking I got the lime green shows up well. Well made, I think it will do well. Great price as I have paid more for others that are not any better in feature and construction.

Bought two more, they are great....use the solar feature often while camping.

Works great so far and charges pretty fast.
