I'm usually an XL. Looked at multiple reviews and can confirm they run small. I purchased the 3XL and they fit great! Very comfortable 100% recommend still!

Can't belive what I was missing. I never wore bike shorts before since I didn't think it was going to make such a difference. I bought 2 pairs one of these and one of a different brand to try them out and I like these better. Several years ago I use to bike ride everywhere. My butt was use to it and I stopped bike riding for a long time. Now that I started again I went on a 20 mile ride and I can't even mention how my but felt. The next trip I went I was ready with these and it was a 45 mile trip. I had 0 discomfort! Absolutely 0 trough out the entire ride. Including trough dirt trails. I don't know if you can tell but my bike seat is flat aerodynamic which = painfull. Size. I'm 6.1 220lbs with a small gut. I bought a large and I think it fits as expected. They fit like a compression shirt. They are slightly tight but that doesn't bother me and it's not extreme. They stay in place vs the other brand I bought that doesn't. I don't show my Crack to the boys with these on. The only super weird thing that I had to get use to was it feeling like having a pad.

I find these are a good fit... now you can use them with either unpadded cycle shorts if you want to look the part of a cyclist or you can wear under athletic wear and not look like a cyclist. These shorts are nicely padded but not too much padding (I have other cycle shorts with thick 3d padding which I have had some saddle sores from, not a good thing.)

Didn’t notice any extreme cushioning right off the bat but after a few miles the dampening was certainly appreciated. These are perfect for longer rides and will save you from soreness

I'm not a professional or hardcore road biker but I do love biking for fun and for working out. These are amazing for up-to 30 miles in my case (i've never biked more than 30 miles with these on so I can't attest to the quality). They are comfortable, fit true to size, and have good breathability. For the price that these are offered i'm really happy with what I got.

These are the first bike shorts or underwear I've found to be comfortable for me. I've bought some very expensive ones that I didn't like at all. Price doesn't mean comfortable.

I love these pads. A bit tight for my hips, but that is because I eat too many frozen desserts. I feel these pads keep me in line better than others I have used.
