Great quality and work as advertised. I got these as a way to transition from regular workout shorts to biker shorts and they did the trick. I am 6’3”, about 225 and I purchased a 3XL and sizing aligned with the charts. Good buy for the price for sure.

If you bike for more than half an hour padded shorts are definitely worth it. Comfort wise its about as big of a difference going from a non-padded seat to a padded one as going from a padded seat to padded shorts. Downside: Off the bike it feels like you are wearing a diaper.
