Cycling can really hurt your butt and these shorts help fix that issue. The padding on these shorts is pretty amazing. They are tight for obvious reasons so if you like your shorts somewhat loose, get a size bigger. I opted for a Medium. I am still getting used to how tight they are and will most likely consider a Large next time but for now, these shorts get the job done!

These padded under shorts do help but I will say if your riding in 90+ degree humid Missouri. your going to get hot and sweat. I am going to a gel seat cover until the weather here cools off. I'm thinking loose shorts with padding might work better in my climate. If you wear these like I do, underwear, padded shorts and shorts it gets too hot.
