One of the tests didn't have the right amount of liquid and didn't work ... there wasn't enough for 1 drop, let alone 3. That made me worried that the second one might not be accurate. Also, the BinaxNOW test was easier to use than this test. (It was also more accurate than our local QuickCare rapid test ... the hospital confirmed the result that we got with the home test). Maybe ours was just a dud, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Product had missing pieces. Could not be used and could not be returned

There is not enough solution in the tube to get 3 drops of liquid out and into the test. I am a medical professional and know how to use these tests. Not sure if I received duds but this was very frustrating.

We bought several of these kits in preparation for the holidays. My daughter developed symptoms so we used this kit which came up negative, while awaiting her PCR test, which came up positive, Furthermore, my husband and I subsequently developed symptoms and were deemed negative by these tests while awaiting PCRS which were positive.

Product info misleading. Product is not FDA approved. Only approved for emergency use. Not made in the US, made in China to "US standards".

False positive. Stood in line at testing center for three hours to learn all three tested were in fact negative. I Can’t trust this brand moving forward. Very frustrating. No symptoms and trying to do the right thing, quality tests are paramount to stop the spread and stop overwhelming testing centers.

The test was missing testing solution for half of the vials included, making it useless for second testing

Tests received expire within 6 months therefore it does not have a long shelf life unlike other manufacturers.

Sensitivity of this home test is way too low. False negative on the same day as we received the positive result of PCR. At the next day, this kit showed negative again. On 4th day from PCR positive, the kit started showing a faint positive line. When the viral load is low, the right result will not show.

Test is supposed to come with two testing cards. Neither was present. Also the vials seem to be empty. This wasn’t a test kit.
