No way to use the product as there was no solution in the vials when I opened the package.

The product is missing components. It said it is 2 tests. It only contained 1 test. No instructions. This product is not eligible for return. Something fishy is going on with this product.

I have covid. My test was sent to a lab. I have the known symptoms. His symptoms are a day behind mine. I bought these for my fiance. He took both of these a day apart. They both were negative. Don't waste your money. I feel they're not accurate.

This thing gave me TWO false negatives. Got a PCR the same day. Results came back positive next day. Waste of money. Not hard to use. I stuck this thing all the way up my nose and it still came back with the wrong results.

My son took two of these home tests, two days apart after learning he’d been in contact with someone who later tested positive for Covid. Yesterday he’d taken his second test while in bed with 100.4 degree fever, and got word that the PCR test he took two days ago was positive (see photo). These tests are NOT ACCURATE.

Just got this test. Quickly went to use it and one tube has solution and one tube does not. You cannot use it without it. I want a refund!!!

3 false negatives consecutively on symptomatic days

Tests are missing liquid solution which does not allow me to use the test properly. Unable to file for a replacement. Buyer beware.

Kit was missing a vial of control solution. I would like a replacement.

I tested negative on these and an hour later my rapid at patient first was positive. I took another once I got home and this test was negative. Don’t waste your money.
