Unfortunately when we opened the box, there was only one swab. We could only use one test.

I ordered 2 kits. One was fine and worked as it was supposed to. Other package was missing the actual testing materials. Two swabs won't do much toward a covid test.

I ordered 20 iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kits for me and my extended family, but only 19 kits were included in the package. There was no indication that the test kit was on back order. Thus far I have had no response from the shipper. Other than this one complaint, the merchandise was shipped promptly and was received in good condition.

Test was easy to use. Unfortunately, one box was missing test vials making it useless.

Disappointed in these home kits. They require the right kind of smart phone to work. Not sure why they require a phone at all let alone particular kinds which of course are not the ones we have. Better off going to the local clinic that offers free rapid tests.

The test was easy to use. But only one of the two tests arrived in working condition.

Produce was easy to use, no rocket science involved, but only one tube had liquid in it, making the other test useless. Disappointing!

Several kits I ordered only had one test in there. Each box should have had two!!!
