Missing solution made one of the tests useless. Very frustrating.

This test kit was delivered by the USPS and it sat in our mailbox for at least six hours (in Minnesota), with a high temperature of 20 degrees. According to the instructions, the kit is supposed to be stored between 36 and 86 F. So, it froze and is going back tomorrow. Update........this product cannot be returned. So after trying to talk to a bot (did not work) and then a live person (although he was very hard to understand) I HOPE I'm getting a refund!

They say after you swab your nose to swirl it in a tube - THERE was NO tube. I bought these to have on hand for a quick test result. I work as a massage therapist with immunocompromised clientele. My son is running a low grade fever today so I opened the test and was EXTREMELY unhappy that it was incomplete

While I greatly appreciate being able to test myself at home relatively cheaply, one of my tests arrived with a hole in the protective bag. It's hard to see in the photo, but this hole does go all the way through the foil. Since they very clearly state that they should be used within an hour of opening, I effectively only received one test. Based on some of the other reviews, I would say that if you need more than one test, you should probably order a few of these, since odds are good they won't both be useable. Unfortunately this item is not returnable, so it's a bit of a waste of money especially when you need multiple tests.

What kind of joke is this? I never write reviews but this is insane, how is that possible that the box just had the tubes??? Incredible! I’m returning and not recommending to anyone.

The tubes that it came with were empty! Complete waste of money

The test tubes came with no liquid solution in them rendering both tests in the box useless. Complete waste of money.

Go to another test. This one was missing liquid vial needed to use the test

This test I purchased as an indicator that I’m fit to fly. It does not produce any form of certificate with date of birth/ testing details etc which makes it not valid for this purpose
