Very easy to obtain a sample and result, but without verification, airlines and US requirements cannot be met. I would purchase again for home use.

One of the vials with the liquid was dry. So it was useless.

We bought two boxes. Each box was supposed to include 2 covid test cards, 2 tubes, and 2 swabs. One of the boxes only included 1 test card, and the other box had 3 tubes, and only one test card. Other than the problem of not getting 4 tests in two boxes, due to the lack of test cards, it makes me wonder about quality control.

Compared to Binax it took extra care to follow the directions

My sister had symptoms for 3 days and the test still showed negative results. On day 4, she used flowflex test kit, which showed immediately/turn positive.

It had one tube that was ready to use, the second tube was empty. There is a no return policy 😡

I had previously used two packages (2 tests each), and they were great, easy to use and nice to have. The third one I received earlier this week had one good test and one without any buffer solution, so I was only able to use one test. I really liked these as an option and I had ordered a 4th, but I will now cancel the order because I can't trust that my tests will be intact when they arrive.

The tests are good reliable and convenient. Deserves a 5 star if rating the test. Knocked off two stars bc of quality of packaging/delivery. Ordered 3 boxes and received them quickly. Two of the 3 boxes were perfect and were used before Christmas. Just opened third box to use. 1 of the two tests inside the box cannot be used because the tube containing the reagent is empty. We’ve left the other pieces of that test intact. Placed another order of the test because they provide valid results. However, I’d like all the parts of the test to arrive in working order.

I got 2 packages of this home test (total of 4 tests), and the 2 packages are from different lot with different expiration dates. Each kit comes with a vial of solution, in which you insert the nasal swab, before placing drops of solution onto the test card. So I encountered a similar issue to what others have pointed out: For me, 1 out of the 4 tests is unusable, since there is no liquid in the test vial...it was either leaked out/evaporated, or just not filled during manufacture. Since these vials have twist caps and are not sealed, there's no way to prove that it's the manufacturer's fault (They can easily say you accidentally open the cap and spill the solution). It seems like there's a quality control issue with these kits.

What a disappointment! Heading to a family gathering tonight and one vial was far from full. I presume this invalidates the test, and replacement kits are impossible to find here in Seattle at the last minute.
