Cannot find iHealth listed on the FDA site re: tests that work and do not work for Omicron. Cannot find an iHealth website statement or press release to that point either.
Square Note
One worked, T stripe. One no stripe at all. 50 percent failure rate. No chance for return, refund.

The one test that worked was easy but the line was faint. The other test tube had no fluid in it so we had to open a different box. Not amazing.

I liked that the product was easy to use and the instructions were clear. I did not like that only 1 out of the 2 tests worked. The second capsule didn't have any liquid inside to combine with the swab so it was useless.

The product comes with 2 vials. You are supposed to dip the nasal swab into the vials with solution but only one out of the two vials had any liquid in it. So I was only able to use one of the tests. Bummer

Test was straight forward to take but kit made in china so not sure on quality control. I’m addition only had 6 month shelf life from time of purchase.

I got flu like symptoms a day later went to do PCR and used this test on the same day. I made sure I collected a good sample and used it 100% as instructed. PCR lab was positive and this test was negative. 2 days later re-tested with this test and it shows positive. It did not detect covid at the beginning when viral load was low. Be careful, do not relay on this test at the beginning of your symptoms!

I got this to have an ATK around in case I needed it. If you want the same or you have a testing need that's only for you, great. This kit will do it for you. Big drawback (and both negative stars) is that it can't be used for anything "official". You can't use it for travel or re-entry into the US. You can't use it for public area access or proving to your work that you're not infected. It's just for you. Forget the app, you don't need it to do the test and it seems like a data mine.

They are having quality control issues. It should have 2 tests per box, but one of the reagent vials has insufficient liquid. I checked because someone else had a similar problem. See photo, one on left has about 20% of the liquid of the one on the right. It is not returnable, so I don't know what my recourse is to getting a 50% refund for one box. Recommend trying another product or just accept the quality problems and buy extras. UPDATE: I also tried BinaxNow and I prefer the iHealth test kit because it is simpler to use.
