The igniter is always loose or falling off. The on and off plastic knob will not stay on

Cannot be moved with the lid on

Great fire pit, but the straps need to be upgraded. They are pretty useless.

Purchased this for use on our deck for the chilly evenings. Seems to work well and provides decent warmth. Easy to set up.

We love this product. It makes for a great campfire especially when you’re not able to burn wood. It has great ambiance too. There was a slight issue with ours that the company took care of right away. Would recommend this product.
