Trays fall off and the bottom one won’t cook evenly with the top. Returned.

Had this product only 3 months and the power button no longer works. It's quite upsetting because you can tell the unit likely still works, it's the awful digital interface that's likely messed up. Not a good investment for 3 months.

I had to return it due to a huge dent on the top

The control panel broke and now the only button that works is the light. I would not recommend.

This air fryer was not cheap. I have fully read the manual and tried lots of different things in it, but nothing cooks properly. Food comes out burned or soggy or a combination of the two. Will be going back to my smaller air fryer.wish I was still within the return window because this thing is garbage. What a waste.

This thing broke not even a year into using it. It won't power on. It won't even function properly. DO NOT BUY!

I don’t like this at all. It’s small but I expected that. It burns almost everything I put in it and I did not expect that. We were excited to make hot wings in it but before they were close to being done inside they were burned on the outside. We turn down the heat and it still happens. I do not recommend

To turn it off I have to pulg it off from the outlet and plug it in again. It started with just the power button but now all the buttons have the same problem. So disappointed and I can’t return it

As I wrote in the title, my air fryer isn't capable of reaching anywhere near the temperature I set it to. Need 250 for eggs, and I have to set the oven itself to 300 to get near-ish, that's a 50-60 degree difference. Temperature also varies A LOT, around 10-20 degrees cooler frequently while cooking, it doesn't stay consistent, which is awful for hard boiled eggs. If I weren't past the return date or had recycled the packing materials, I would've returned it... made the mistake of buying it during the month my refrigerator was broken so took longer to get around to actually testing it, and only bought this due to my original air fryer being caught up in the massive recall this year.
