Quite honestly there’s very little I like about this unit. If you notice in the pictures it’s always showing solid items that are usually breaded etc. and for that it does OK. But what about liquidy items with sauces or broth? It did not come with a tray to put foods on, and therefore everything goes right through the rack and down to the drip tray and cleaned up is a huge pain in the butt. So I can’t use it for most of my cooking, nor most of my recipes. It did not come with anything usable as far as accessories , would you just put most of your recipes directly on the rack in your regular oven? No, of course not as everything would just seep out and fall to the bottom just as it does in this. I’m sure it’s fine if you like french fries, or battered food, but other than that, this has been a huge disappointment, a waste of time, a waste of money, and nothing but an aggravation and it’s too late to return.

I got it on sale for $90 and it was just too small. I way I’d pay full price for it.

This air fryer was my first "real" air fryer. I was using my basket style one more than my oven, and decided "why not just buy an oven style air fryer?"It was an apartment warming gift from a family member who asked what I wanted when I moved to a new place.After less than 4 months the power button broke. Unit couldn't be turned on at all, but every button accessible at start up worked. I contacted their warranty department, and they never got back to me.I need to feed myself, so I just bought a consumer reports top rated one by another brand and purchased an extended, full coverage warranty for it.Be wary of the no-name brands; if you need customer support they become ghosts. Their products are designed for simple consumption, not buy-it-for-life.At least it was a gift.All in all, it performed well, I just wish it wasn't so unreliable. Over time the fan became LOUD, but ultimately the broken power button bricked it. 3 stars just because it worked well when it worked, cooking Temps were accurate, and it was intuitive.

It is a pain to clean the oven and the basket. It seems that it only cooks on one side. So you have to flip everything. My old convection toaster oven was great. It was almost as fast but better. Air fryers just seem to be a convection oven......

I couldn't wait for this to arrive. What a disappointment! Its way smaller than shown. Youd be lucky to cook a small Cornish hen in it.I returned this 10 wks ago & still waiting for my refund. Amazon told me to contact carrier & get the tracking number. I did. Now they say hey won't refund my $$ since it wasn't processed through their center. Its a vicsious circle. I deserve & want my refund. No one will help. What's going on????

UPDATE : the manufacturer reached out and sent a replacement so far so good. Worked good at first but stopped working 3 months after purchase

Too small

I just started using this appliance, but it is taking longer to air fry items. Temperature seems to be off. Very easy to clean tho. Going to try the dehydrator function.l and will come back and update review.
