Not sure why it takes 100 pushes to activate the power button now but very annoying when trying to cook. Otherwise works good.

I love how quiet this oven is when cooking and it is very easy to use. But I have been using for 2 weeks now and always find the food at the back of the tray burns while food at the front is still cooking. Very frustrated because my air fryer always cooked evenly. I’ve tried putting the try’s on all the different levels inside and it keeps cooking unevenly. Thinking of switching back to my air fryer because of this.

Worked very well for three months and then just died....I don't know what's wrong with it

The exterior metal shell becomes too hot to touch when its operational and may burn one's hand or skin.

The fryer works pretty good, can't complain about that. But this thing is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Haven't tried to do a rotisserie chicken (whole of course) but I bet one won't fit..

I received the air fryer looked really nice my only issue when plugged in but not on the fan was running making a humming sound. I felt that was annoying. So I returned it the next day.

This unit cooks very well. The only real issue I see is the danger in retrieving your cooked food. I bought cooking trays/sheets to fit this unit perfectly right here on Amazon. However, I honestly don't like the fact these racks don't pull out straight and even, But instead come out at a steep angle and if you're handling hot trays or racks (and you will with any air fryer) you'll most likely get burnt on your stomach, arms or back of hands whichever you use to quickly stop the tray from falling off the racks. Poorly thought out design on a crucial component.5 stars down to 3 Given the importance of such a crucial component (especially when its used constantly)

It’s a little small for a family of 4. But it’s works well.

UPDATE 04/16/23: Whall Customer Service replied to my complaint and after I sent them a video showing them the problem, they sent me a replacement unit. I updated my review from 1 Star to 3 Stars for the customer service response. I'll revisit this review in the summer to see if this unit lasts longer than 3 months.---ORIGINAL REVIEW: What a disappointment! We replaced our GoWISE 5.8-Quart Programmable 8-in-1 Air Fryer (a.k.a., the purple grape) with this unit. We liked that this Whall air fryer could fit more inside, and that we could see inside with the handy-dandy light. However, the cooking of fries (one of our primary items) was inconsistent. The biggest problem and disappointment is that the unit wouldn't turn as of the first week in February which means it lasted a little more than 3 months. So annoying.I would not recommend this brand or item.
