Went to open it and it has a hole in it :(Can’t even use it and now I can’t return it

Loved it, but the cooler section had a small hole upon opening the package. 😞

After a few weeks it had a couple of seam leaks.

I give it two stars because we got a few uses out of it, but it does not hold up. The plastic feels so cheap. The cup seal ripped and the whole thing would not hold air anymore. Had to repurchase a new one. I recommend finding one that states heavy duty. I purchased because it was “cheap” but now I’m realizing it’s is “expensive” for what you actually get.
