I had a problem trying to initially update the iOS when I first tried to setup the iPad. It simply refused to complete the update process, no matter how many times I tried. The tech support folks at the vendor (it was a 'renewed' item) were very helpful and patient, and offered to let me return it for a full credit when I was ready to give up. But they suggested one more thing for me to try, and that seemed to work. I was able to finally get the update applied to the current version, and didn't need to return it after all. I'm very satisfied.

It was a great value, very affordable. The screen quality the great, and the battery life is what I love. I have never bought a used iPad before. This one checks call the boxes in what I was looking for. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This was the 3rd Ipad I have ordered off amazon... the other two were older ipads that wouldn't run the software I needed.. They all said they were IOS 9.2 or better, but this is the only one that had IOS 10. it has worked flawlessly..

Update: I called the number on the card that came with the iPad and got the help I needed. Had to disable my security s/w. Upgraded to iOS 13.6.1 and works great. 5 stars. iPad came in near new condition but it has IOS version 9.2.1 which will not do an over the air update. No problem, I can connect to my Windows 10 laptop and update with iTunes, right? Wrong. I spent 2 days trying every fix I could find online to get it to work with two different, fully updated Win10 laptops. If/when I get it updated to IOS 13, I'll happily rate it 5 stars!

I'm glad I made this purchase. I have had this iPad for more than a month now and I've had no issues at all and it was about half the price of a brand new iPad.

It looks new, other than the no factory box, no signs of use or abuse.So far so good, haven't had it long enough to say how good the battery is.
