This is a scratch and dent item, which is not stated specifically. However for the price I understand the condition. It still would have been nice to know what condition I was ordering though.

Screen does not respond. Screen locks up

I put the iPad battery in charge for 12 hours and it didn't turn on, aesthetic ... it has some scratches on the back.
