I purchased full battery Dustbuster that pulled apart from handle but couldn't remove smaller duster. Had to return full size sweeper, ordered smaller vac, not what I thought I was getting!

I brought this mainly to clean up toddler spills and my carpeted steps. The suction is horrible and I wish I had made a different purchase. In my opinion this is way overpriced.

I bought this to use in my car. I regret it. It stops picking up the moment the filter on the inside of the dust cup gets dirt on it. Dont buy. Its like the old saying goes "you get what you pay for".

I love the size, I love the weight.. i had bought it and wanted to test it out in my car because that was the reason I bought it, it died in 2 minutes. Understandable, not a lot of companies sell things with a full battery. I left it charging maybe 5 hours and it died in ten seconds. Left it charging overnight and again it died almost instantly. I had cleaned out the filter thinking maybe that’s what’s giving it an error but had to put it back to charge anyways. I hope I can find my receipt

This stopped working after about a month. Jumped through hoops with customer service. Had to send multiple videos and go through a reset procedure. Had to contact again saying it didn’t work- had to send another video- they finally shipped me out a replacement. Well it was just a replacement charger not the actual vacuum. The new charger didn’t fix the problem - had to contact them again- send more videos. They finally tell me I need to package up the vacuum and send it back to them so they can look at it. Weeks later after it initially stopped working ,multiple calls / chats later, and shipping them back the defective vacuum they are finally sending me a new one.If this one stops working after a month I’m giving up!

Had it for 3 days used it once, and now the suction isn't working.

This has a very small canister and needs constant emptying. Unfortunately I only used this about 3 times and it completely died and will not charge on the stand. Don’t waste your money!

I bought this because it had amazing reviews, but I’m not sure what they based it on. I bought this to vacuum my car and keep in my car. I wanted a small handheld vacuum to get into the small places. This didn’t suck anything up and I tried to return it, but the stupid thing was so hard to clean that I couldn’t. So I just wasted my $40. I tried a different handheld vacuum from this brand and it also sucked. Long story short, keep your money and just go to one of those free vaccums at car washes or gas stations.

Make more filter components now. Great Machine NO FILTERS OR HOUSINGS ANY WHERE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!
