I started with a single sensor and have evolved to putting one sensor in every significant room in my home. It is a convenient way to monitor room temps of all the significant rooms so thermostat adjustments can be applied accordingly to run HVAC with a single Nest Learning Thermostat. Great product and will buy again as needed.

We got the temperature sensors because we have rooms that are too cold and too hot on any given day. Set-up complete in less than 5 mins. We opted to not mount on a wall until we determine the best placement. We may never mount the unit so that we don't have to make a hole for the unit and can move it around if there is a better place depending on seasons.

Super easy to setup, works great and looks awesome!

I have two Nest thermostats and got this sensor because I have two rooms that are always too hot. I could not believe how easy it was to set up. I expected to have to dig around for a setting or something and all I really had to do manually was to pull the tab to activate the battery.

The wiring for my main thermostat is in the main hall between the bedrooms. It is always the hottest place in the house. It made for a bad location for the thermostat. But with the Nest Eco and two Nest Temperature Sensors, I can keep the living room cool during the day and not freezing in the evening. Best thing Se second sensor is in the master bedroom. Keeps us comfortable all night.

What a great product to keep temperatures in a room consistent

Sensor works great! Does exactly as advertised but would like to see and update soon so you have more control of times that the sensor is active.

My home has a slider in the master which creates either a hot spot or cold spot in our house. At night this is especially frustrating. By having the Nest Sensor, I can sleep comfortably because our Nest thermostat will cool or heat our home based on that room and not based on our living room, where the temperature doesn’t fluctuate.

I got out of the chute in the wrong direction by removing the battery tabs before realizing that the tabs have the sensor specific QR code on them. Luckily, the QR was also on the inside of the battery cover. Short of that, they were a cinch to install and custom name. I do wish that this was all done in Home rather than linking to the Nest app. Minor hassle. Works great.

I purchased the Nest Temperature sensor to add to my master bedroom to make it cooler in my room at night. The sensor works like a charm and is a small, sleek, addition to my room without being noticed. Would highly recommend!!
