They send me the one look like used, and leaked too much on any wher of the bouncers, I don’t think I will spend out too much money for damage item.

Bought in August 2020. Used bot issues. Always cleaned properly and dryed out in sun and blower to ensure my investment lasted since it was over $700. Pulled out today and hard trouble holding air. Filled with water and held better. Went to take it down and water is coming into my blower so an internal leak. Not happy at all got the cost. Would lile a replacement or refound.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this product in April to prepare for summer, started using in May, got 2 months out of it before the connector from the tubing to the hose would not fully tighten? Then the main tubing that connect to the hose blew out? Then split? Contacted the seller and they are telling me “the factory will not sell them extra tubing and want to give me a $60 credit” So $60 credit for a “$500 water park” that I can’t have even put water in? I tried to fix it manually but it just keeps leaking and has no water pressure. Seriously disappointing and unprofessional to sell and item that you can not get any replacements for? I have three really disappointed toddlers.
