Terrible, code won’t work and no link to return or help just keep getting generic messages !

I would like my money back or another code generated because the one that I purchased was already redeemed

Code wouldn’t work, when we entered it it said already redeemed

I'm keep getting message about trial but I purchased the actual game. Not allowing me to reenter pass key code

I bought this for Christmas in November and it wouldn’t work it told me the number was already used so on Christmas Eve I had to call Amazon and told them what the problem was, I still waiting for my return on this item.

My code didnt work when I tried to redeem it. It says it was already redeemed. I need a new code please.

I accidentally bought 2 of these. One is the actual game and it was a gift and the other is a Digital Code for the same game. I don't own a Xbox, so I am not going to use the digital version.
