Addicting!!! Don’t be afraid to take it out of the box like I was. Go for it! The guides and online videos make it far less intimidating than you think it might be. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time using the Cricut. It’s my new hobby. Although all my projects are not perfect, I do think I’m getting better. There are many tips and hints online and Pinterest has been a good source. There is so much this machine can do. Enjoy! 😀👍🏻❤️

I am learning. The test cut print didn't work. In cardstock mode, the machine did not cut through very well. Now, testing regular paper cuts, and I am in love with the cute artworks by Digital Art Dreams. The Cricut Explore Air 2 is stunning! I have no problems loading SVG files and making it cut the silhouettes. I will test vinyl soon. So far, this is a great paper-cutting machine!

*04/13/20 Update Cricut remedied all of my issues and even too the time to give me extra tips for new users to the Cricut design space. Took me a long time to edit my review but this went from 1 star to 5! Way to go Cricut Customer Support Box states that I should have received a cutting mat, test project, cutting blade and more but I only received the machine, pen and charging cords. Super disappointed by thefirst impression. I will attempt to contact Cricut to get the remaining items that it claimed to come with. If everything is remedied I will update my review.

Using the bluetooth and connect to the cricut app on my phone,, I was able to make cardstock flowers, birthday banner, decorated cup using vinyl, branding box's for my business, labels, custom ornaments, stickers, nails stickers, stencils for custom shirts using fabric paint, stencils for nail stamping, make custom mini boxs, and more. This saves a whole lot of money and time as the cricut does it all with 1 click of my phone. I don't agree with the bad reviews on here. It us that easy my kids are able to operate it.

i had an awful time learning this machine, but after much studying and watching youtube videos I learned it was not the machine but the user , now I better understanding and absolutely love it...

The media could not be loaded. Brand new Cricut Explore Air 2, a beautiful machine that cuts nicely. Along with the machine and cords, it came with 1 blade attachment, one black pen, the blue cutting mat, and three scrap pieces of card stock to practice on. So far I’ve cut out a couple iron on logos, cut a few vinyl names for mugs and drawn a character on card stock. It works great and I hope to get a ton of use out of it!

My first Cri-Cut and I am loving it. It took me a couple days to get the "nerve up" to get started. I started youtubing all kinds of how to videos and in no time I had made two onesies for my NEW TWIN GRANDsons! Please excuse the poor lighting for the picture. The onsies are actually white. I was too excited to keep redoing pictures! Look at the detail!! MY VERY FIRST PROJECT!! I have SEVEN GRANDchildren that are going to be having so many personalized clothing (and other products) now!!!

I have already enjoyed crafting several items straight out of the box the downloadable ebook was very handy and I have enjoyed every minute of this cricket and I look forward to many more hours of crafting for my family and my hopefully other crafting enjoyment

I received this for my Christmas gift. I love how many projects can be done with this one machine. I am still very new to the Cricut family but I am hooked! I do wish, however, that it was easier to find and use some features for the Cricut. But this is not really a draw back if you are able to find and use the programs on your computer. I watch videos on YOUTUBE to learn how to use it and it is very helpful. I am in a few groups on Facebook that help you with questions and things about your machine.... I'll definately be using this machine for years to come in my crafts!

The Explore Air 2 is a good middle of the road model if you're looking to try the cricut. It does most of the projects that the maker does with the exception of having more options when it comes to cutting fabric materials. It comes with a black pen, wires, and light mat. No complaints so far. It paired with my iPad within seconds. Set up took about a half hour. NOTE: I saw some reviews say they received a 'used' machine. I did not. Everything came sealed with plastic on it. So it was definitely brand new. Purchased from amazon.
