Provo Craft really does'nt have their stuff together . They said machine would start working after they got their new software running , when ???? . Machine was sent directly back to provo craft after they tried to get it to run on wifes pc . Windows 7 professional , Gigabyte MB , 128 gigs of ram 3 gig hd ,intel quad core I7.!!!!!!!! Why put something out there that's so difficult to get running . They make it real hard to get your money back and they know that most will just take it as a loss and not get frustrated with all the crap they want you to go through . Be in the same frame of mind as them you call .
