I bought like new and was disappointed when the machine was defective. After all the set up the blade didn’t drop and it didn’t cut. The mat was a write off as well. Returned for refund and bought new with no problems. Love it

The machine itself is wonderful. The Cricut Design Space leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to use and I don’t see where people find all these great projects. I wish the newer machines had a “paper saver” device like the old ones. This is my 3rd machine. I am a 4-H advisor and we use these to help kids with project posters and with our fair booth.

Uh, why am I now just owning this?! I love the cricut, was kinda tricky figuring it out and have so much to learn still. So far the only thing I can do is print decals like monograms and names for cups. I dislike like how you have to purchase every single thing after you buy this machine. Including fonts, images to print, etc... and it’s not cheap... so only buy if you got the disposable income! Also, I highly recommend purchasing cricut with those package deals, it’ll save you the hassle of buying everything you need to get started.

If you are debating between the maker and Air 2, I would recommend this product. The main things you will not be able to do with this machine versus the maker: cut fabric, engrave, cut woodchip, and cut thicker foam board. Most people don’t use their cricut for this. They are making shirts, cards, cup decals, etc. The Air 2 does a great job with this. Definitely recommend.

Very pleased with this machine. It takes a little time investment to learn the programming, but once you get the hang of it, the sky is the limit! If you are looking for clothing, paper or simple cuts, this is the version for you. I would recommend the Maker if you want to do bigger (ply wood, leather, etc.) types of projects. Happy cutting!

Love my Cricut! Great cutting macine. I bought a Silhouette Cameo before this and it was a piece of crap. Paid $27.00 to send it back for a refund . After almost two.months it was returned to me undeliverable. Waste of money!

1. I like the color and the design of it...2. I like how it cut the letters and numbers..3. I like how easy it is to operate it... I do a lot of signs and lettering...and the Cricut Explorer 2 takes all the time I had in cutting all those letters and numbers... It took me awhile to learn how to use it...but I'm happy with it...I highly recommend it.. and give it a 5 stars...

Its really fun to create t-shirts and stickers, but the cost of vinyl is pretty high, if you are contemplating whether you want to buy one of these. Look around at the prices for all the tools, vinyl, transfer tape, and accessories you will need before you make this big purchase.

Love what it is capable of. I find it semi challenging to make it do those things, but it’s probably me (more than the machine). If you took an adequate amount of time learning about how this machine functions, the sky would really be the limit. Amazing having this power at home now. This is an example of just how far tech has come (in a more normal, small town kinda way). Cricut and amazon rock!!!

It's a nice machine. I hate there isn't a manual. I can't find help on website. Rounds you in circles. The customer service isn't avail after 5 PM or weekends, that's when I am able to use it. I'm learning on my own, so it's going to take me awhile to feel comfortable. All Fonts should be free, you have to pay for so any of its and patterns unless you pay an annual fee. I'm an intelligent woman and I catch on fast to most machines, this has me frustrated. I need a manual to refer to instead of relying solely on the internet.
