Received in great time has to be put together but not doing till spring.

First I will mention the chairs are comfortable. I was worried about that, being that some of these type resin wicker chairs are rather low to the ground. I was worried that the top edge of the back of the chair would dig into my back. It does not. These chairs had one of the highest backs compared to others, and the back is ergonomically curved for comfort. I'm 6ft1in tall, but not a big guy. The small table is a nice thing to have to put a glass down on. The three pieces look nice together. We got the set with the turquoise cushions. Having said the above, the assembly of this was not easy. If you follow the directions you should be ok. I remember what other reviewers said about lining up holes to put the screws thru. Most of of the screws went in ok, but some of the lining up of holes and screws was a bit of a challenge. The thing is, you go from screw to screw tightening them little by little, and you put the chair down on the ground from time to time to make sure the chair is level before you tighten everything all up. I did this with the table also. The first chair was a challenge, the 2nd went faster because I got the hang of it, and lining two of the holes up on the table was rough, but it went together. They give you an L shaped allen key type tool to tighten the screws up with, which was sort of awkward in certain areas. I was looking around to see if I had a tool that I could use instead with a handle which would have made it easier and faster, which I did not. One of the suction cups that hold the glass on the top of the table was sort of bent and deformed but the glass did eventually suction down on that corner. I don't really like the look of the suction cups underneath the glass at each corner but I am used to now. The wicker material is very uniform and smooth, hopefully it will hold up. The chairs and table are sturdy. The cushions are ok, they are comfortable enough. When it rains they will fill up with water, like massive amounts. When picked up and held vertically the water pours out like a pitcher. I then just stand them up and let them dry out in the sun. The delivery was timely, the pieces were packed well, and everything was there. I looked at a lot of these chair sets on Amazon reading review after review and felt like this set was the way to go and hopefully it is.

The media could not be loaded. We just restained our back porch and decided to replace our old settee, because it was starting to fall apart. We looked at all of the big box stores around us, but there wasn't much selection, since it's the end of the season. This ended up being a much better deal, plus nicer quality than the ones they sold. We ordered the set with the red cushions. It gives the porch a pop of color and it's a nice contrast to the dark brown wicker. The cushions are thicker than we expected and extremely comfortable. Since we've gotten this, if I can't find my husband all I have to do is look on the back porch. It's the perfect spot to sit with your morning coffee and read. The glass top table is very nice and sturdy. The wicker is well made and woven very nicely. The set arrived extremely well packaged with all pieces included and no damage. It took about an hour to assemble, due to user error. LOL!! I had to speed up and edit the video or else it would've been super long. The directions were clear and concise. All of the pieces are labeled with a letter, so you know exactly which piece to use where. If you follow my tips below you will cut the assembly time in half. READ FIRST to speed up assembly!! Start with trying both of the left side panels and right side panels to each back panel to see which fits best. The side panels slide up into the back panel. When we were attaching the first right side panel to the back of the seat, we had trouble getting it to go into the hole. We tried the other right side panel and it went in with no issues. Also make sure to get the side panel all of the way up into the hole or you won't be able to get the screw holes to align. We had to use a rubber mallet on the 2nd chair to get one side pushed all the way in. To start, assembly will be much easier if, on the 1st side panel, you have help holding it straight when aligning. Once the first side panel is connected, the rest is fairly easy. The last and most important thing is DO NOT tighten the screws until all screws on that panel are aligned and threaded into the holes! If you completely tighten one screw before aligning and threading all of the screws, you will have touble aligning the remaining screws on that panel. I hope this helps. You won't be disappointed with this quality made set.

I have dreams of a beautiful, big wrap around porch with a huge Victorian patio set...until that exists, I have a small covered side porch that nothing seems to fit on nicely. This was an excellent pick for the space and color of my house. I know that sounds odd, but my house is in shades of blue, grey, and black, so this was a very pretty match aesthetically (ignore the chalk all over and the black paint that needs touched up. Lol) It was also a perfect size for the area. It was hard to find a set with 2 chairs and a small table to relax on while we watch the kids wreck havoc in the yard. Fits a large citronella candle, ash tray, and 2 drinks easily. And the glass itself has nice anti skid pads and divots on the rattan so it really doesn't move at all. The chairs are extremely comfortable, especially considering the size and price. I am 175 and my husband is 225 and both of us got easily and comfortably in the seats. The cushions are plenty thick enough for us, unlike some comments. The color was great and padding fine. I see no need to change them out as an average sized person. And set up was a breeze. Came in a single box with individually wrapped pieces. All undamaged and individually marked with letter stickers to make putting it together less than 45 minutes. Everything fit together easily and the whole set sat even on the concrete. The caps for the feet keep them from moving around when getting on and off them.

Have used for a while, and the set is very sturdy. It’s also suitable to be settled inner house .

We needed some replacement set for our back patio off of our master patio door. We have a little sitting area that is so romantic, but only at night as the sun hits it. We had regular wicker before, but it wears out. So we picked this 3 pcs patio furniture, made for the outdoor out of wicker rattan. Once you have done wicker rattan you will only buy that it is so comfortable and does not wear out and handles the sun. This set came with a nice little coffee table and has curved armrests and cushions. Really can they make it this cheap and get it to me, amazing. They are really sturdy and well-constructed all weather, but the sun is the best sturdiness test, not to mention how great they look. Great for a patio, the pool or anywhere else you want and elegant comfortable set with thick cushions and super comfortable. I like them so much going to buy it for a housewarming gift as you simply cannot beat the price.

Super cute, quite easy to assemble, came packaged well. Comfortable. That’s my 10 year old doing the second chair on his own. If you follow the directions and only tighten the numbered bolts 50% until all the bolts in that step are ready then everything falls into place and fits nicely. Two sets of hands do help because a 50% tightened bolt makes a floppy connection but not impossible to do solo. The suction cups for the glass table top are a bit of a joke but they give enough friction that it’s not just sliding around everywhere, just don’t tip it, or buy better suction cups if you’re installing it on a moving platform or if it’s somewhere it’ll get jostled frequently. Didn’t need the Phillips and only used the flathead to get the bolt past a bit of weave or lined up with the opposite hole. Came with two hex keys. The 5-in-1 was for opening the box and keeping the instructions from blowing away.

I ordered 3 sets of these to put in my gazebo on the deck. It took me a little over 4 hours to put all of it together (I'm a 63 year woman). It is very important to only tighten the screws halfway until it is all put together. I used a screwdriver that was the same size as the 2 allen wrenches they sent since I found that easier to work with. The boxes were packed very well and all the parts were well marked and the directions very clear on how to put the chairs and end tables together. The chairs are really comfortable to sit in and the glass sits really tight on the suction cups on the end table. I had one small issue with a hole to put the screw in, I emailed Costway and they replied back within a few hours and gave me a satisfactory solution to the problem. Very good customer service !

Install all bolts to 50%, set chair/table on level surface and move it around until is sits level. tighten bolts to 75% place on level surface and move item around, then tighten bolts 100% and repeat. If the chair/table become lopsided a bit after 100% move it around on a level surface till level. If it is still giving you issues pick item up and tap legs on the ground increasing force as needed. Don't slam it on the ground just pick it up and start gently. I found that eventually the legs will even out. We looked at home depot and found almost the exact furniture and guess what the chairs were a bit unlevel and rocked. We bought this et at less than half the price.

I received this set very fast. I am not used to assembling things, but thought I'd give it a try. The enclosed instructions were excellent. Even with my arthritic hands I was able to assemble this set easily. All the pieces/parts were there. I love it! It's sturdy and comfortable. I am very impressed with the quality. One problem was the not the fault of the seller, but the delivery (FedEx) company. The box arrived with a huge hole (see pic) about 12"x12" large. I was shocked the contents weren't damaged.
