This is the second belt of this type that I have owned. The first one worked perfectly. Not so with this one. This one is hard to properly thread through the buckle. With my old one, I used to just quickly jam the belt through the buckle until I heard it click and it worked fine. This one it is VERY easy for the belt to go under or over the buckle mechanism and then it gets stuck in the buckle without latching and it is very hard to correct it. I have to be very careful now and have to watch what I'm doing. It's almost like the belt is just a bit too wide for the buckle as it gets stuck easily if it misses the buckle mechanism. My old one was MUCH easier to use. I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. I haven't had it long enough to say anything about its durability or how sturdy it is.
