Not loud enough

Syncing is very easy, Fits pretty well and will stay on even while running. The downside is that they are not very loud. Would not even drown out the TV at the gym in the cardio room. If a bus passes by, you will hear 90% bus passing as opposed to what you were listening to and this at the loudest it will go (from my phone). If you manage to get a perfect seal in your ear canal, it will be loud enough but that's not something that will happen for many/most people unless you have your hands by your ears pushing them in.Hands free calling works well enough.

(Was) Very dissapointed

EDIT: shortly after leaving a bad review for being disappointed with the Nb10 headphones anker customer service contacted me offering to send a pair of the curve bluetooth headphone to see if I liked them better, which turn out to have much better sound volume. Also they fit really good and and the sound quality is great. For that I added a couple stars to my review for excellent customer service.Headphones fit well, sound quality is pretty good, but I bought these because they were recommended over the anker slim fitting headphones for intense workouts and I'm very disappointed in the volume. While in a noisy gym you can still hear everything around you. I'm constantly trying to turn up the volume with nothing else there.I already had a different brand of blue tooth headphone that had good sound quality but didn't fit good, so I hoped spending a little more on the NB10's would be worth the money, but it wasn't.I tried playing around with the phone settings and nothing seems to help. More I listen more I dislike them. Can clearly hear the music playing in the gym with the headphone volume way up

Ok... middling... ok for what I need though

For spoken word podcasts brilliant... music meh.... but they stay in major plus.... just adjust the rear adjusters for stablity. For the money not bad who need hifi when you running, cycling or walking near a busy road... Not bad though

comfortable. Charge lasts several hours

Fit me well, comfortable. Charge lasts several hours. Sound is OK, still more hiss & treble than bass. Few drop outs, good range. BUT WON'T CONNECT TO THE IPHONE 5 I USE AS MY RUNNING PHONE. AGH. To be exchanged

Worth the money

Use them everyday and for the price they're very good. Had more expensive brands, which they easily match. Not the most comfortable, but no really complaints for the price.

Amazing customer Service.

Pros:The build quality is pretty good.Cons:Sub par sound quality, as expected from a cheap earphone. There is overwhelming white noise when listening to audio books / podcasts; not sure of the reason. The battery life is quite poor too.Do not buy if you are looking for long lasting decent Bluetooth earphones.Edit:After I wrote my review, Anker has contacted me about my issues with their product. They were very helpful and very competent in solving the issues. Although I still standby my previous sentiment of the sound quality of the earbuds, the customer service is more than exemplary.

Good apart from the charging port

I'm torn between a three and four-star review for this product.I find that they fit well and are comfortable and easy to operate. The sound quality is good for a product in this price range and the battery life is adequate. For me, the real let down is charging. There is a little waterproof plug over the USB port. However, this does not give adequate clearance to plug in the charger. This means that the in the charger involves fiddling around with the cap, trying to wiggle the charger past it and usually turning the device on and off about half a dozen times in the process. It is just enough of a nuisance to stop me from topping up the battery from time to time. Which means that it is just enough of a nuisance for me to end up with a flat battery a little bit too frequently.
