They worked fine until I ran them over with my lawn tractor. Now they dont work so good. I`d like another pair. They sounded pretty good for the price I paid.

I lost one of the ear coverings on the plane. They are specific to this brand/style and could not be replaced using a "normal" covering. I emailed Anker's customer service (support@anker.com) and they sent out a new pair for $3 (cost of shipping) which was awesome!Thanks Shelley at Anker!

Small, out of sight, out of mind. The sound is not as good as my headphones, but damn they are close. Better than I expected them to be. These are good ones.

These earbuds are awesome. I have used them when I go running and indoor climbing. The adjustable band, and different sized ear pieces is a god-send. Very quick to setup and use, battery-life is surprisingly good and a welcome relief.

Not just a great product, but great company. Got heavy use out of mine. Loved the sound and simplicity. Had a small problem with reduced sound out of left ear bud. Contacted them via the Anker forum—customer service was in touch to try to troubleshoot, and when it didn’t pan out, replaced the NB10s no charge and no shipping. That’s standing by your product.

I just pulled them out of the box 15 minutes ago, and.... WOW.The sound is super clear, broad range, powerful. I hear tons of tones in my music that I've never heard before with corded earbuds. (I admit I don't usually buy *expensive* earbuds, so...)But wow. These things put out great bass -- it sounds like I'm in my living room with a subwoofer. Seriously.Crystal clear sound, no interference, no digital garble.The fit is super comfortable, lightweight -- I think in a few minutes I'll forget I'm wearing them. And also very secure -- no way they're going to fall out or off doing yard work, running, etc.I'm *thrilled*.
