Very noticeable background hiss at low volume

Awful background hiss which is VERY noticeable at zero volume & only slightly less annoying when listening to audio books (something I enjoy).For music, turned up loud, they're fine.Not good :-(

mauvais produit

C'est écouteur a part la qualité du son ne m'a pas du tout satisfait Aucune tenue aux oreilles pendant mes footings et en plus il est tombé en panne au bout d'un mois seulement. Problème récurent sur ce genre d'appareil au niveau de la prise pour recharger les accus .

Leider nach 6 Monaten unbrauchbar.

Kopfhörer lassen sich nicht mehr laden somit nach knapp 6 Monaten unbrauchbar, davor jedoch zufrieden mit der Qualität der Kopfhörer gewesen.

Die Kopfhörer rauschen.

Der klang ist eigentlich gut aber leider rauschen sie bei der Nutzung extrem.Bei normaler Nutzung sind die Kopfhörer bequem, wenn man aber eine Mütze auf hat sind sie sehr unbequem und schmerzen nach einer weile.

Pünktlich zum Ablauf der Herstellergarantie geben die Kopfhörer ihren Geist auf. Die linke Seite ist in der letzten Zeit immer leiser geworden.

Two defective pairs in 18 months.

Great sound performance and Bluetooth performance from these, but giving them two stars. A couple months after getting my first pair, they wouldn't turn on anymore. I called the company, and great, no problem, they sent me a replacement pair. Now, a year later, the replacement pair has also failed- it, too, will no longer turn on, won't take a charge, nada. In summary, for $40 headphones they work and sound great right up until they don't work at all.

Works, but not for audiophiles.

I bought these headphones to replace a cheaper set of bluetooth headphones very similar in design. I've purchased other Anker products and am always surprised with the quality, but I guess this was the exception.However, while these work, they lack bass and I notice hissing sound especially with low music or no sound. I'm not sure if this is a Bluetooth flaw, but on the multiple devices I used it seemed common and traditional headphones do not suffer the same fate.Being that I do like well rounded sound for music I haven't used these since I purchased them a few months ago.

Work well, but don't last, battery nor the unit.

I do not know much about headphones. I do know this. They sound good and connect easily. I sweat like a horse and it has no effect on these whatsoever. They are soaked when I'm done in the gym or in the yard. Extremely pleased.*I had to update my review from 5 down to 2 stars after owning the product for two years of moderate use.First, the battery life is poor. I never got a long run time out of these, maybe 2.5 hours. That has dwindled down to 2 or less now.But the real kicker is the left earpiece stopped working. I see others have had a similar complaint. I mean, I know they are not $200.00 headphones, but I think they should have lasted a few years longer.Combine that with the historic poor battery life and maybe look elsewhere.I guess I will find out if it was just the first pair was a lemon, as my son just bought me a new identical pair for my birthday lol.

A couple of annoying details...

I'm a fan of Anker products so I am surprised at the quality of this product. I might have been expecting too much. The fit and comfort are excellent, they don't fall off and don't bother me after extended use.My issues arise with, surprisingly, the battery life, microphone, Bluetooth connectivity and playback functions. Previous earphones I had did not suffer from any of this and they were a cheaper, less renowned brand.The earphones only last about 7 hours tops which is not enough for my work day. Another thing is that the time frame is inconsistent so there are times it lasts 5 hours only or even less. I was used to being able to go the entire day and then some.Microphone usage with these is a pain as people either don't hear me or it cuts off, I generally end up turning the Bluetooth off for calls.The Bluetooth connection is not ideal, the only place in my pockets I can have my phone is in my front right pocket. Any where else it starts cutting off.Lastly, the playback options... My previous earphones allowed me to restart a song or or go back to the previous song. If there's a song I want to burn out I have to take my phone out and manually replay.These are minor details, I know. The look, the feel and sound are great but little details like these make all the difference from a truly enjoyable product to an annoyance that you keep just because you spent your cash on them.

Great for and sound, terrible battery life. Won't hold a charge.

My son actually gifted me these for my birthday, and I absolutely loved them. I love the way the bud cushions are angled to securely fit in the ear, the choice of cushion sizes, and the way the headband is adjustable for a nice snug fit. The sound quality is fantastic! Unfortunately, while the initial battery life was good, now I can't get the earphones to hold a charge for more than 20 minutes (yes, I've actually times it). It's very frustrating. Before the short charge issue became apparent, I bought another Anker model to use while this pair recharged, but now they're starting to go the way of this set. The battery has way too short a life, and try as I may, I can't figure out how to change it. That makes these headphones useless to me, despite the other super features.
