I was very excited to get my new headset because of all the other reviews I read...but when I received them they wouldn't turn on. I figured they needed to be charged even though a lot of reviews stated that there was some battery life out of the box. I charged the headset for 8 hours and they still wont turn on. Now I am without headphones and have to deal with the hassle of returning them and waiting for my refund so I can purchase another pair. I won't have another pair of headphones now for at least a week and a half...UGH!

I’ve always used these Anker headphones for running and working out. I bought these to replace ones I lost. The sound quality was worse then my previous pairs and much quieter. Even worse, the power button stopped working out of the blue 3 months after I bought them. Despite a full charge, there is no way to turn them on anymore. Very disappointed! These were my favorite workout headphones earlier. I used them about 3 times a week and always stored them carefully.

This is my second pair of the Soundbuds. The first pair lasted 3 years. The second pair lasted 2 months until they stopped working, the high volume was not very high, and were uncomfortable in my ears. Not sure what changed.

This was my second pair. The first pair were great and lasted at least two years of heavy use. This set didn't even make it half a year of extremely light use. I'm done buying Anker products. They are cheap and the product quality reflects that.

They aren't as comfortable as other wireless earbuds. There's also a constant white noise or buzzing when they're on. Battery life isn't as described. The volume doesn't always work on the lowest levels.Update: Received replacement set with the same issues as the first.

The earbuds are too large and extras that came with them are no smaller. I couldn't get them to stay in my ears or to stay positioned around my neck. So uncomfortable for me but maybe right for someone else. The placement of the button for answering calls was not good. The sound was good, however.

Bought based on the good reviews, but mine didn't work from day one. Step 1: Fully charged the battery with included cable. Red LED came on and indicating charging was in process. Step 2: After ~25min, LED changed to blue, indicating fully charged, so unplugged the charging cable. Step 3: As per included Manual, press and held multi-function button for many seconds, but it would not turn on. Tried other buttons, combinations of buttons, button hold durations between quick and loooong. Repeated Steps 1-3 many times because, oddly, it would require another long "charge" period the next day despite not ever turning on or being used. Very frustrated because the packaging is nice, unit seems like decent quality w/ different sized ear buds, etc, but not much more to say when it doesn't work.

I like the sound and fit of these headphones. However the bluetooth connection to my iPhone 6 drops when I use them while running. It's very annoying to have to turn the phones back on every 5 minutes to reconnect. I have 2 other bluetooth headphones that don't have this issue.Update: Now they won’t turn on even though they’re fully charged:(

These started out great when I got them in August. They stopped taking a charge in early October. Not happy at all that they didn’t last because I was satisfied with them up until they stopped working entirely.

I expected better from anker. I’m a long time user but these headphones are a waste of time. There’s no power button. It does not explain how to power on. ThePrevious 10 plus models I’ve bought from you , Anker, have all been pretty easy to use. These are terrible and I’m really disappointed that i have to return these.
