I purchased from seller AnkerDirect. The product I received has clearly been used. One of the rubber tips is completely missing off the ear buds. The product was laying over top of the original fasteners within the packaging. That missing rubber tip was nowhere to be found within the box. There was a bag of other tips of various sizes but the original pair that comes installed on the buds is incomplete which tells me at the very least the box had been opened. The box itself was pretty beat up, dirty with deep scratches.

I love my other Anker products but this one is disappointing. The headphones lose voice mic or it becomes very garbled. I can hear others but my voice becomes unrecognizable. Happened multiple times now

they dont stay in my ears

Work well when they stay in. Battery life is mediocre.

Not very loud at all.

My dad got me these earbuds for me so I can use them at the gym when I workout because I've been using wired earbuds so I used them a couple of time they were OK then I fully charged them not even an hour into my workout they cut off blue light bulking so I thought they were going to be a good product because I have a wireless Bluetooth speaker and its been a good speaker for the years I've had it also they kill my ears can't get they to fit my ears right bottoms are in the worst position so the Anker SoundBuds NB10 Bluetooth earbuds are a NO go to anyone else to buy

These look like great headphones and sound great when I'm pushing them into my ear, but unfortunately I have small ears and these don't fit right at all, even with the smallest ear piece they keep losing contact with the opening to my ear. They do stay looped around my ear.
