Low volume but High quality product,.

I like this its very functional and good quality... However it just isn't loud enough for me I am 72 and run in the countryside even without the noise of traffic I cant get enough volume without sticking the earbuds so far into the ear its uncomfortable.

Loved it ... then it failed

These were the only Bluetooth headphones I could use comfortably during workouts on treadmill and turbo trainer. The latter is quite noisy and these headphones did a good job at blocking out most of it while still allowing me to hear someone talking.Sadly, the RH side started to distort and then failed completely ... gutted!!

Disappointing for me, but fine for others. Comfortable, and good if they work with your ears. Great customer service, though.

Profoundly disappointed with these. They're comfortable to wear, and the Bluetooth connection seems reliable enough, but none of the supplied ear-tips allow them to sit reliably in place. The volume is unacceptably low in most contexts, and the bass, unless I hold them constantly to my ears is pretty much non-existent. I can't speak for the battery life as they haven't been useful enough for me to use them for long enough. This is a shame, as all the Anker products I've bought in the past have been excellent. I might get some small use out of them for spoken-word listening in a quiet context, but for music, or if there's any background noise at all, these are pointless.Subsequent edit: In fairness, I have to say that Anker's customer service has been second-to-none. On reading my review, they contacted me and sent me a second pair, in case there was a problem with the first. Sadly, I didn't find them any better, but I passed them on to my son, who gets on fine with them, and is very happy with their sound, so I can only conclude that whether these will work for you depends on the shape of your ears and how they sit in place.Full marks, though, to Anker for the way that they dealt with the problem.

Weak and leaky audio

I bought these Anker Bluetooth earphones after seeing a high number of positive reviews.Colour me disappointed when I discovered the weak-sounding audio. Not to mention the high leakage despite the product's use of in-ear buds.I can imagine these being useful in certain situations (like at the gym) where the leaking audio won't affect others so much, but maybe not on a train commute or at work. And that's a shame. For £20, I wouldn't recommend this product. It feels like it should be £12 max.

Dead after 9 months!

I was/am an anker fan. I have bought a number of their products and always found them to be well made and of a high quality for the price.I bought these because they are what I need for when i'm running, in the gym, etc. They fit well, are very light and comfortable and definitely stay on securely during exercise. That was very important to me when I was searching for them.Audio is OK, but there have been a few occasions when I have been out running where the music breaks up. At first I thought that this may be due to the battery being low, but then it started to happen when the battery was full. Very annoying when you're trying to focus on running.Despite this, I was rather pleased with them......until the other day! I was out running and the battery ran out (my fault for not charging them before I went), but now they are completely dead. They won't charge! I can't switch them on! I can't reset them! Nothing! They are completely dead! It's very annoying!I know nothing lasts forever, but I have only owned them for about 9 months, using them 2-3 times a week for maybe 30 minutes at a time.I know they are not the most expensive bluetooth sports earphones, but I would have expected them to last more than 9 months! This has now made me want to look at other manufacturers in the future, rather than going direct to Anker straight away whenever I need an item like this!Going to see tomorrow if this background sound vanish with use. If not will have to send them back due to such a waste of money. My first product from anker that I'm not 100% satisfied. In fact I'm not satisfied at all.

Useful and good design but has few short comings which lets it down!

Bought this mainly for running. The fit is great and the little rubble string bit at the end makes sure it does not move around and fits quite well on your head. I've started using it for normal use now, when I'm out an about and its quite compact and easy to use. The few problems I've noticed is the battery life is not that great. Only lasts about hour to hour and a half on a single charge. The ear tips comes off easily so sometimes gets lost.. which is a bummer. And the volume is quite low compared to wired headphones and it's one of the downsides specially while travelling on the train or in a noisy place.

Battery drains fast

Been using Beats for my running sessions. But wanted to switch to something more lightwave and went to Anker as I was satisfied with other products bought from them in the past. Resistant and minimalist design. I did not want to invest so much in light headphones set as I did not know what to expect because the Beats were doing the job okayish. Was very satisfied with the Ankers one on my first training, good sound quality, and very lightwave. But then when I went running a bit longer, 2-3 hours session runs, I realized the battery drains very fast. I believe the maximum I got out of them was around 2 hours and a half for a continuous stream. I would recommend them for everything else, except the battery lifespan.

When I first go the earbuds they were awesome. Great sound and really water resistant

When I first go the earbuds they were awesome. Great sound and really water resistant. After some time the left side went dead. A broken wire if you get these earbuds keep them in a safe place.

Not loud enough

The sound quality and fit is good, but the problem is that these do not get loud enough. I turned the volume up all the way on my phone and the headset itself. I actually returned them because of this, and it's a shame because I like them otherwise.

Great Audio, Terrible Earbuds Design

Audio is good but the earbuds are a terrible fit in the ear. If not correctly placed, extended use becomes painful
