I had these since Oct. 2018, and when winter started, I realized I couldn't wear a beanie or a hoodie with these earbuds because the wire that sticks out horizontally on the back of your head. Also, I was losing signal on the left side after about 3 months of use. After speaking with Anker's customer service reps, they quickly sent me a replacement. Also, all the buttons are really close together, making it difficult to find the button you intend to use. Sound quality and bluetooth range is good, but the battery life isn't as great as the cheaper bluetooth earbuds I had previously, and charging them to full capacity takes me about 2 hours versus the cheaper ones I had took about 1 hour to fully charge. Anker makes great portable USB chargers and their customer service support is beyond excellent, but they still need improvements on the sport bluetooth earbuds category.

Have had a few wireless headsets now and these do have a good battery life, seem sturdy enough and they do sound good, however my main issues are with the volume and comfort. No matter how long I let them charge the volume doesn't go very high. I wear these primarily during work where I am driving a lot and I can barely hear these over the sound of my truck especially if I'm on the highway so I have to use my old pods. They also hurt after wearing an hour or so with the way the plastic sits against my ears, sometimes I can move them around and it helps but they should sit the same way always. Overall they do sound good and connection is easy including calls but I wouldn't buy these again and I probably should've returned them and looked for something else but they do work good for exercising so I kept them.

I love the design of these, they fit perfectly to my head, and I barely know they're there. Not to mention, they stay on your head no matter what, and I particularly like that in this era of easy-to-lose 'true wireless' earbuds. The battery life is also really good, 10 minutes of charging from 0% got me half a day's listening.However...They do not sound that great. Way too bass-y, and it sounds very tinny with the small amount of treble there is. And that's all with me messing with equalizer settings too, by default it sounds almost muffled. A lot of the instruments are lost. It's a huge bummer, because I really like how they look and feel. I'm not gonna return them, but they're gonna be a back-up pair rather than my daily drivers. Into the drawer they go!If you don't mind overly bass-y sound, go ahead and get them.

Let me break down my reading a bit further:Weight - 5 starsComfort - 5 starsAudio - 5 starsBluetooth - 2 starsThe headphones are great for when I'm working out or doing yard work. They're comfortable and lightweight and won't snag on things. I regularly have the problem with corded headphones where they snag on something and get ripped out of my ears or phone. They are also very secure and don't work their way loose out of my ears. I'm no audiophile, but they sound good to me. The problem with these headphones is the Bluetooth. It's barely acceptable. If I'm running and have my phone in my left pocket (where I normally have it), I get constant interruptions in my music. That's unacceptable and I was about to return the headphones. However, I decided to try with my phone in my right pocket and the connection is much better, but I do still get the occasional interruption in my music. I'm sure it would be better if I used an arm band, but I don't want to use an arm band.

My wife has been loving these since they seem to be the only behind-the-head type bt headphones of this format available. There are many others that have a wire or something dangling, which she finds uncomfortable. The band on these has enough stiffness where it just stays in place. Especially good with long hair. However, there are 2 big negatives..1 - mic quality. As with most cheap bt headphones without a boom, the people on the other side of the phone can hear EVERYTHING. If she's washing dishes while talking, it's almost impossible to hear her. If the kids are yelling in the background, you'll hear them. It's just not a great mic experience.2 - we're on the 3rd pair already. They last 6 months to a year and then one ear starts to go. Sometimes both. We keep replacing these with the same ones because of the format but I really wish they'd get this resolved or come out with an updated version that's not as prone to breaking.

The volume is very low. The sound never comes out louder.

I am absolutely in LOVE with these headphones *but* the buds have fallen off and gotten lost easily. So far I haven't found the buds sold separately so it's kind of frustrating buying brand new soundbuds when all I need are M size buds to replace the ones that fell off.

Overall these work pretty good, and the sound quality isn't bad though you won't be writing home about it. There's definitely some interference at times with the signal (especially in crowded areas I've noticed), but overall am pretty happy with the product for the price. Good entry point for wireless headphones.

These are comfortable, and the sound is good, but when walking with my s7edge in my right pocket, it keeps making a clicking or "skipping" sound about every minute or so. Not cool.Is there a fix for this?

Easy to use with great sound. I have had no issues connecting this headset to a plethora of devices. The biggest issue i have is that they always turn off at 50% battery. Not sure if I'm a one off but its definitely the biggest downfall and largest pain point for me. Hopefully everyone else as better luck with them
