Too much noise in the gym for these to be useful as headphones. As a phone headset they do an adequate job, folks do not have any trouble hearing me, but the caller voice sound quality can go up and down during calls. I imagine these will be adequate for outdoor runners. I will go back to my wired soundsport buds for gym use.

These have been working well ever since I got them in May 2019. Battery life has been exceptional and sound quality is great. However, just last week (Dec 2019), the left earbud basically stopped working and now I'm listening in mono instead of stereo. It's kind of annoying seeing as I purchased a pair of stereo headphones. Too bad. I really enjoy Anker products.

Excellent battery life, decent sound. Absolutely NO earbud replacements will fit this model. A lot will “force fit” around the driver but then they won’t fit in your ear at all. Need to find replacement tips that fit a 14mm diameter driver with a 10.7 mm throat at the base. Have yet to find replacement ear tips ... so good luck on your search.

I've used these headphones every day for the past 4 months. Worked very well while weight lifting, while running, during phone calls, were comfortable for long periods of time, and had great battery life. I would have given them a 5-star review, but the left earbud no longer works. It's like missing a shoe...

I have used these while running for several months. First issue, if I hold my phone in my left hand at waist level, the sound cuts in and out. If I hold it higher, or in my right hand, it works ok. The sound quality is thin and tinny. Also, about 25 minutes into my run, the left ear cuts out or the volume decreases to about 1/2. This happens just about every run, no matter what the audio source. I use it with a Galaxy S8.On th PLUS side, they charge quickly, and the fit is comfortable.

I love the sound, but don't care for ear piece. They come off to easy and not as comfortable as I think they should be

I've been on an eternal quest to find the perfect wireless headphones. For a while these came close as found them online after browsing the Ankerr website. I previously had the Plantronics Backebeat Fit and was very happy with those but lost them and was reluctant to buy another pair ,they are way overpriced. I have always been Impressed with Anker quality so I took advantage of these and so far have been super happy for the last 2 1/2 months or so after I bought them from the Anker website.. This until they inexplicably died two days ago and stubbornly refuse to power up. Hopefully the famous Anker customer service comes through.

They're OK 😑 but not great.Just got some to evaluate thru the poweruser program.Pros:The fit is great, they don't slip or move around my sweaty head when I'm mowing and weed trimming and that's a huge plus.Battery life is very good and meets what they advertiseThe buttons feel greatI like that the cover for the USB charging opens and swings to the side so as not to block the port from connectingThe Bluetooth is much better than my other pair of sound buds which will drop out with my phone in my left pocket vs my right pocket.Sunglasses don't interfere with the fitCons:The sound, meh, not so great, they are not "in ears" and just somewhat seal lightly & you can still hear the ambient stuff.The sound is very thin too, I can tune it somewhat with my android phone & viper audio but I haven't found a very full and satisfying sound yet.Other thoughts:I use them in a very noisy environment, so if you are working out or using then in a bus/car/airplane type you may have a different or better experience.

(Edit: I was send a pair of the new Slims, which indeed, sound and feel a lot better in my opinion. The customer service and Slims get 5 stars. I'd suggest getting a pair of those.)I'm really not impressed with the sound quality or the fit these have on the ears. Instead of a normal bud system, they are angled, which should have been a tip-off but I bought them anyway. It takes... forever to figure out how to get the things to fit in the ear correctly, and even then, the sound was about as impressive as a cheap knock-off set of earbuds.It's a shame since I really loved the Soundcore Sport XL speaker these guys make, but I'd save you money on these.

First off, let me say that these are THE BEST fitting headphones I've ever owned and probably the reason I keep coming back. They stay secure and dont move no matter what activity. I use them while running, lifting, and sparring.I wish I could give it more than 2 stars, but the life of these headphones make fruit flies look Methuselah. This is the 5th pair of these I've owned in less than a year. All of them have died completely and will not turn on, charge, or pair. I had one set die the night before a Marathon, and just recently had a pair die in the middle of a run.I really wanted to love these, but I just cant afford to keep replacing them. My suggestion is to save your self the money and heartache and just find something else.EDIT: After posting this Anker contacted me directly and sent me a new pair FOR FREE. Didn’t even have to turn in my defective pair.As a result I bumped the review up 1 star and I’m adding this addendum.I’ve been using them for over 3 days with no issues. These are still my favorite pair of head phones.Will update again if I have issues.
