I got these pants about a year ago and within the last three months, the elastic gave out. I took them apart to replace the elastic, what’s in the waist is not even good elastic, and the tie won’t hold them up. I weigh 120 and I am 5 foot eight, there was no reason for these pants to stretch like that. Not sure I can fix them but unacceptable quality.

Not the quality i was hoping for.
