I loved this suitcase and bought a second one for my second daughter. I am so disappointed because the bottom ripped after our second time using it. We were not even rolling it but carried it from the car to the hotel room. I will be looking dor something else to replace it.

I ordered this suitcase online and it was delivered very used. I had to take it to the store and exchange it and get a new one.

I like how there are many compartments in this suitcase and the design. However, after one trip this suitcase did not last and ended up tearing. Sigh.

The wheels are stationary, they don’t swivel. It was also missing the plush unicorn, which may seem trivial, but it was advertised as part of the case. Was going to return but there were no more at this location. I’m petty. It is a good size and our 3 year old can handle ok, so it would be a great size for an older child. Lots of room as an overnight or weekend bag.

Maybe I got a bad one as a fluke but to me it doesn't live up to the great reviews (which was a large deciding factor for purchasing). For the price I was disappointed to notice 1) that the fabric was cut short under one of the decorative buttons on the back leaving a fray, 2) the screws on the pull handle were installed haphazardly, 3) two of the front zippers (which are cheap plastic) were off track, and 4) there is additional fabric and stitches showing throughout. Additionally, there were hanging strings all over. It's a cute print and a good sized suitcase for a kid, but hardly worth the price tag.

Wheels would not spin and the handle is so short.

Quality issues, received this day before we are leaving for a trip and the pocket is sewn on crooked and zipper sticks.

My only complaint is the wheels. One would not turn. You are pretty much dragging it behind you. I returned and looked at all the others in stock at the store and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM did the same thing. I ended up exchanging for the 4 wheeled kind.

This is a really cute suitcase, but it seems I got a lemon. My granddaughter used it to come to my house for a couple days. When she packed up to leave for home, the zipper started separating. I couldn’t unzip it no matter how I tried. Luckily when we got to her house, her daddy could. I’ve exchanged it for another so I hope this one is okay.

Overall these will work fine for our trip but not too impressed. I wouldn’t recommend to buy and would opt to spend a bit more on luggage that will last longer. Pros-super cute print, light weight and easy to roll for my girls who are 3 and 5. Cons-feels cheap, inside liner is thin, one came damaged with a rip and missing the outside bungee cord.
