The idea of these toys is well executed. Realistic, fits Brio tracks, and a good size for a 2+ year old. However, the hooks on the front/back of each engine or train car wear out quickly and cause frustration with our son. The plastic stretches and the train cars become unhooked very easily. We would not repurchase the trains.
